This static site does not require user accounts, payments, or login profiles. Basic hosting logs may be processed by the hosting provider for security, abuse prevention, and delivery.

Cloudflare hosts this site. Cloudflare Web Analytics runs a browser beacon to measure page visits and loading performance and sends those measurements to Cloudflare. This is separate from AdSense advertising and does not send your saved-plan list.

Saved event planning uses browser storage on your own device so you can keep a shortlist of events. K-Spot Now does not receive that saved list unless you email it to us.

If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to serve, personalize, limit, and measure ads.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use advertising cookies based on a visitor's prior visits to this site or other websites. Visitors can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and browser controls.

AdSense advertising remains disabled until a Google-certified consent management platform is manually verified for visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the site is not directed at children under 13.
