K-Spot Now uses a small amount of browser-side storage to make the site useful and to prepare for advertising compliance.

Saved planner storage: saved places and your chosen visit dates are stored locally in your browser, without an account or upload to K-Spot Now. They support your shortlist, tentative calendar reminders and printing. Clearing browser data removes them. Map-name copying uses the clipboard only when you choose Copy; map and official links open third-party services.

Operational data: the hosting and security layer may process basic technical data such as IP address, request path, user agent, and timestamps to deliver pages and prevent abuse.

Performance analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics uses a browser beacon for page-visit and loading-performance measurements. Cloudflare describes this analytics service as cookieless; it is separate from the saved planner storage and from advertising cookies.

Advertising cookies: if Google AdSense is enabled, Google and third-party advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, personalize ads where allowed, measure ad performance, limit ad frequency, and fight fraud.

Personalized advertising choices: visitors can manage Google personalized ads in Google Ads Settings, use browser cookie controls, or use industry opt-out tools where available.

European consent: AdSense advertising remains disabled until a Google-certified consent management platform is verified for EEA, UK, and Switzerland users.
