Prove the seller is authorized

Begin at the artist, organizer, or venue notice and follow its ticket link. A search result or social profile can imitate the event name without being authorized. Match the event title, venue, dates, and on-sale schedule before entering payment details.

K-Spot Now links the source role on each event page, but it is not a ticket seller. Complete purchases only on the organizer's named platform. If a message asks for payment outside that platform, stop and return to the official notice.

Make identity and membership details match

Fanclub presales can require membership verification before ticket sales begin. The name on membership, ticket account, passport, and payment flow may need to match. Transliteration differences are easier to fix before the sale than at venue entry.

Read age restrictions, companion rules, and identity-check wording in the current notice. A transferable-looking screenshot is not proof that a mobile ticket can be transferred. Keep the original account and device requirements available offline.

Treat merchandise stock as separate from event entry

A concert ticket does not guarantee access to every merchandise product, and a pop-up reservation does not always reserve stock. Check sales dates, purchase limits, pickup method, and whether the notice says 'until sold out.' Prioritize items before entering a queue.

For online pickup or pre-order, confirm the collection window and required order proof. Avoid planning a flight-day pickup unless the timing leaves a realistic recovery option if the queue or inventory changes.

Keep a cancellation and transport plan

Record the cancellation cutoff in Korea Standard Time and the platform's refund method. Exchange rates or card holds can make the refund amount and timing differ from the original expectation. Do not rely on a calendar reminder as the legal cancellation rule.

After the event, large crowds can change the practical route. Save the Korean venue name, last-train options, and a pickup area before entry. A safe ticket decision includes the trip home, not only the seat.
